I had checked online for ro services and submitted a request for ro service. Post that i got multiple calls from their staffs, so finally i asked them to come for servicing of my eureka forbes aquagaurd ro.
On 7th dec, 2019 2 staffs by the name dipanshu thakur ([protected]) and vaansh came for the services and advised us to change all the parts of the ro - candle, carbon, post carbon, sediment, membrane everything. They quoted 3850 for the entire kit. As we were not much aware about the parts, i agreed to make the changes except changing the membrane for which they had got a chinese product and were quoting rs 2.5k for the same. On enquiring about it, there answer was all the product for ro service are manufactured in china and even eureka forbes is a chinese company. On hearing this absurd answer, i got suspicious of these guys and asked them to change the other parts and not the membrane.
My suspicions were justified in a few hours, when our ro started leaking. Despite calling these people multiple times they did not pay heed instead suggested that they will be charging rs750 for just coming and checking the ro. Finally i called someone from aquagaurd and what i found out came out to my utter shock. The aquagaurd guy revealed that i had been looted, all the parts they had fitted were not of this ro and were just put in place without fitting it. The sediment was 2 years old with lots of mud inside which these guys had repacked and were reselling it as a new product. These guys have now become nonresponsive - may be busy in looting some other customer. I had to get the all parts changed again in just 2 days with genuine parts. Thankful to the aqua guard guys who rescued me.
Imagine hadn't i called up the authentic aquaguard guys, we would have been drinking the polluted water for nearly 1 year or so. These guys are crooks and deserve to be imprisoned for playing with people's health. Next time you get a call from these numbers pls jus keeps the phone down for the sake of your family's health.
