Mounthill Realty North Grande — false promises and misleading information

I have booked a property in the year 2014 at north grande developed by mounthill realty. But during the agreement they have informed our flat location is under the land owners part so the agreement will be with us and uplink & chitrahill realities in association with mounthill realities. But all communication and other development will be done by mounthill only because chitrahill realities is another company of mounthill.

As per the agreement the handover date was after 42 months from the booking date, i. E. July 2014. But on 8th of july 2017 we have received a mail as well as a hard copy from the builder which says the project is on hold for a year or more.

After that they have stopped all communications with us, so we have sent a registered letter to their address which is mentioned in the agreement. But the address is fake and we are not able to contact the land owner or the builder.

We have already paid 35 lakhs out of 43 lakhs. Now we are helpless and have no clue what need to be done. We are regretting about our investment with mounthill.

They are one o[censored]nprofessional and fake builder working in kolkata.

Anyone please suggest how can we recover our money from these cheaters
