I booked transportation of my household goods from Gurgaon to Navi Mumbai through Jai Ganesh Travels, Main Mata Mandir Road, Shop No.: 31, Street No.: 7, Near CRPS Camp, Rajiv Nagar, Gurgaon (Haryana)- 122001, contact person Mr Rajesh ph : [protected]. They quoted 20000 initially net all inclusive and said that it will reach Mumbai in 3-4days. Since it was the lowest quote, we got trapped easily. On 27th June 2013, they packed all my stuff but while making the final bill they added other charges like tax, insurance etc etc and finally the bill was added up to 25,000/ which we had to give as everything was packed. As promised by them for delivery in 3-4 days, we contacted them after 4 days, we were told that the truck has crossed Jaipur and will take another 3-4 days. then we kept calling them for continuous 2-3 days but there was no response from Mr Rajesh. Then i decided to call from different number, he picked up my call and made the story that truck has hit one Innova in Ahmedabad and its in police custody, i am trying to resolve the matter and it will take another 4-5 days, So finally my husband and I decided to take help of Mumbai Police. The police called up this guy and instructed him to deliver good in 2-3 days to which he said yes. Story does not end here, inspite of call from Police we have not received our stuff yet. Its 11th july today and we are chasing this guy on daily basis. Mr Rajesh is big fraudster and now after reading review i am bit scared as we have given all our expensive stuff to him.
There has been numerous complaints against this company however i am surprised how just dial & other yellow pages have registered him. I guess they are also interested in making money.
I need resolution immediately as all my stuff is stuck. We are managing somehow without basic necessities, we are sleeping on floor from last 13 days...facing huge inconvenience & have developed a back ache too.
