Movie Theatres — over pricing of food and beverages

Nowadays pvr, cinepolis and other multiplexes are charging very high for food and beverages which is almost double or triple of the cost of the movie ticket and when we bring our own food and beverages they say sir its not allowed inside.
A small popcorn costs 240 bucks which is very hight when compared to its quantity and if you want a bigger one they increase the prices by 30 or 40 according to sizes.
200ml soft drink which costs around 20 bucks will be charged for 200 or 250 and this pricing has also not been justified. Who gives them authorisation to charge as of its their right to strip consumer off with such high pricing strategies eventhough the government made efforts to reduce them this has not been resolved due to corruption and other games.
Pls take a strict action against them.
