Mparivahan Helpdesk — Insurance not getting update on parivahan site

All details with copy of RC and copy of Insurance policy is sent by e-mail to, but still details not updated at mparivahan portal, I am not able to transfer RC of my vehicle,
I request to pls update in vahan system so that I can transfer my vehicle,

I am suffering for last 3 months for this, nobody giving correct answer,
Insurance company ICICI Lombard says its government site they can't help.

I have sent e-mail several times to helpdesk.
