Sir, my uncle(Anil Shrivastava) & aunt(Abha Shrivastava) were gone to a trip somewhere in March 2014 & their electricity bill was fully paid at the time.But in their absence someone from electricity department mistakeably cut their electricity connection & from that day the bills of 'ankalit khapat' were being sent to their house while they are not even living in that house.Now they got their connection fixed again in July 2014.Please help them in sorting out this problem so that their Ankalit Khapat bills can be stopped.
