Mphasis — Company not responding for Background Check with my 4 digits employee code.

Hi,
I am an ex-employee of Mphasis, Bagalore between[protected].
My current company is doing a BGV and i got information from them that there is no response from the company and its asking for a 7 digit employee code, where as my employee code is only 4 digits.
Pls help . My job will be at stake due to this.
I have raised a ticket regarding this and no response yet.
Pls help.
