Sub : mahandra zylo car regn. No.Tn 05 ac 6256
My mahendra zylo car bearing regn no. Tn05 ac 6250 was heavily damaged during december 2015 flood in chennai and after thorough inspection by insurance company, your company took my car in 1st week of december 2015, and further the massage was also sent by your company that my car will be ready for delivery by 31st december 2015, after thorough carrying repairs and rectification.
But after passing 75 days, i have not heard any message about my car. Your company seems to ignore our enquiry calls seeking the progress of car. On verification my car was decoldred due to the darking my car in hot sun and dust pollution. And seems my car is looking beyond recognition.
I therefore call upon you. That my car is to be repaired and rectified within a week from receipt of this letter or other wises the matter will be referred to consumer court for remedy.
