Hello sir/mam,
I would like to file a complain against Mr. Abir Deb, S/O- Rahul Deb, Ramnagar 8, Agartala, Tripura, Pin- 799001. He is using a fake OBC central certificate since 2013. He just completed the B.Tech course from PTU, and got all the 3 years scholarship facility from OBC corporation. The OBC certificate is fake, he once make it from street vendor stayed out side of Sub-Divitional Magistrate Office with a fake Authority sign of magistrate. Because he is not any more Belongs from OBC cast, even on one of his family member is belongs from OBC cast. so i want a legal action on it as soon as possible.
