Hello, i got a email from amazon for refund a week ago. Still the amount has not been refunded into my account. The refund id is #[protected]. The amount was of ₹1599.00.

I was hoping for a better service from the bank.
Please can you give me a customer care number where i can get in touch with an actual human and not just be pressing digits.
