Mr.fit Tracker — I have purchased A product and not able to replace

I have purchased a fit band from mr fit tracker.in and it is having warranty of 5 years and my watch is not working then i contact to customer service of mr fit tracker they said to courier the product at this address Customer Support

[protected]@fittracker.in and i have couried my product and it has reached to the given address but when i call to customer service they said that we have not get the product yet.
So my request is this to take action against the company and i want my product back or i want my money.
