I need to cancel my order.
Reason for cancellation: before placing the order i had asked twice for possibility of delivery on 2nd dec as i was moving out of city for next three months on 3rd dec.
Everytime i got an assurance that yes it will be delivered and then i placed the order. I tracked the product by calling multiple time and again i got the assurance for delivery on 2nd dec but on the very day the customer care team told it is delayed and they can deliver it on 6th which was not possible for me as i was not in town. I somehow arranged a friend and asked the team to deliver it on 10th dec giving some buffer time. But yet again i called customer care (Ravinder) and he told me to wait for 5 min and i kept on waiting full day for his response. Finally in the evening i called and got another date which is next sunday which i cannot afford.
Kindly cancel my order and refund the money.
And please stop giving false hope and assurance just to get the order.
Now today i got a mail saying we cannot refund your amount as we are dispatching the products.
I mean this so so insane and unprofessional way of forcing a customer to buy their product.
