Mr Spy — CHEATED Rs 1300 by providing not working product

Hi I had purchased a Audio/video pen online from MR.SPY Technologies website for Rs 1300. I received the pen to my address on Aug 21. But when i opened the package there was NO WARRANTY CARD, NO USB CABLE, NO USER MANUAL, NO RETAIL BOX, NO HOLIDAY VOUCHER at all.

But in the site it was mentioned that the above all will be provided along with the pen but i did not receive anything except the pen.

The sad thing is the pen also did not work at all for either recording nor taking pictures.

So i had sent several mails to the customer team but no response from there end. So atlast for the 5th time they responded stating that i had to return the pen and courier guy will come and collect it since the pen is not working. So i had returned the pen.

So they assured me that they will provide me replacement pen or refund back my 1300rs but till date there is no response from either of them.

These companies are looting and cheating people hard earned money.
Beware people please don't trust Mr spy site.
I am one of the victim and after reading this please assure to purchase in other sites instead of MR.SPY Site.
