From 2013 i am using sbi master card to withdraw funds in china, beside transaction i was never charged more .
But from[protected] on every transcation i am getiing mc comm charge.38976288
its more than 10k i have been charged, please refund the amount or elxpain me whats the actual issue is.
i am student in china, not a bussiness man i cant afford this expensive charges
