Hi,
I have purchased MRF Tyre (185/60R15 84H ZVTV TL) on 18th Dec 2018.
few days ago front left tyre of vehicle observed with Balloon outside. i took it to the BABA Tyres Satara for check and asked them to claim a new tyre as it was under warranty. They sent it for claim to MRF limited, Saswad road, Wadki, Pune. After two weeks i received a rejection of claim notification on my phone.
The problem is, tyre is not damaged due to concussion/ Impact break on some heavy object (vehicle running is on smooth roads only). It has a cut on internal part. if you check it from outside it has no damage or cut. i would like you to check with all necessary documents & photos in attached. i hope i am able to explain the fact clearly.
I request you replace the tyre in warranty period or let me know if you have other options like refund.
