Mrs. Damini A. Shah — Wrongly debited Cheque return charges from Savings A/c.

My Saving A/c. is with our Paldi, Ahmedabad Branch.(Code No. 0731) The A/c. No. is [protected].I have issued a Cheque to Adani Gas Limited on 17/8/2015 for Rs.1077/-.Although the sufficient balance was there & the cheque was in order, Bank returned the cheque on 19/8/2015. Very next day, i.e. on 20/8/2015 Bank passed the cheque and cheque returned charges Rs. 103/- was debited to my A/c on 19/8/2015. I gave one application to The Manager requesting me to inform the reason of once returning the cheque & then passed the cheque.Adani Gas Limited also charged me the penalty Rs.200/- to me for returning the cheque. There is no reply to me by Bank about the reason or refund me Rs.103/- + Rs.200/- Total Rs.303/-.Let me please know Bank obdusmen name and address to whom i can file my complain.
