Sir/ Madam,

i have received an unexpected Reliance Energy bill of Rs.4251/- for the Month of Jan 2016. This is to inform you that we are only 5 people at home and use basic stuff, previously also we had receive high bills and we complained also, last 8 months we are getting very high bill, inspite of several complaints no action has been taken till date and when I called on toll free no. [protected] for complain against the current high bill they are saying its estimated bill as they could't access our meter which is impossible as its a society . I cannot understand how your people are checking that we get so high Bill amount. It is very shocking to see a sudden rise in the electricity bill.

Till date no action has been taken and from customer care I am getting same reply. soon will get another bill also.
You issue has already been collaborated with the concerned department. You can expect a resolution ASAP.
Dear Sir,

In spite of complaining here and hundred times over Reliance energy customer care, no action has been taken, this months bill is Rs.4146.00 which is more shocking as we were at our home town for 15 days in between and only 1 person was there at home. Please look in to the matter as now it's look like a fraud case.
We wish to inform that the necessary corrective action has been taken and the bill has been accordingly amended. Trust the required explanation has also been provided to you over a telecon. Also, as confirmed by you during the telecon, you would be visiting the Customer Care Center in person to collect the amended bill.
Thank You so much for your support, I wish same support would have got from Reliance customer care. It took time but at the end it resolved.
