I have purchased a new house. The previous owner had left some dues which were pending with Mahanagar Gas. I have paid all their dues. As I am the new owner of the flat I was told to pay some money so that the pipe line could be transferred in my name.

Now almost 20 days have elapsed & no action has been taken in this regard.
