On 24th Jan 2021 we travelled from Mangaldai to Guwahati. At Madanpur Toll Plaza the toll agency has charged Rs.55/- towards the toll tax. At the same time from my Fastag 105/- was deducted as toll tax. When we informed it about the toll booth has informed us that they have not receive the amount. The amount from my Fastag account was deducted at 16:32hrs and the toll receipt time was at 16:34 hrs.
Requesting you to kindly reverse the amount into my fattah account. Copy of the receipt is attached
