M/s grace realities (India) pvt limited a company registered under the company act 1956 having its registered office at v-1, 302, vikrant scientific tower, 8 rasta chowk laxmi nagar nagpur through its director shri bharat s/o mohanrao magar vide registered sale deed dated 25th day of june 2008 sold plot no. 44 khasra number 39, p. H. 48, mouza wagdara tahsil hingna district nagpur in their grace lands projects to atul srivastavas/o b. K. S. Srivastava r/o master plan civil lines satna m. P.in spite of so much time they did not develop the land as per agreement. As per sale agreement clause 10 they have neither built tar road, nor demarketed plots in the grace lands "prime lands 39" layout inspite of various promises. Also they have not carried out any other development work in the sold layout. Many other have purchased the plot in the above lay out and all are feeling cheated by the attitude and customer service of the company
I now want to start construction on the plot, but it is not possible to locate my plot in the layout. M/s grace realities are not extending the help nor doing any work in the same. Pl help Was this information helpful? |
