On 30.12.2020 i had paid cash of Rs. 270/- towards travelling towards pune...but in talegaon when i showed my payment receipt at the counter and they had released me, but after driving few km i got a msg from Axis mentioning that your fastag account has debited Rs. 203, towards toll talegaon toll plaza on 10:36:56 min... How could you take double charges, when i had paid at Khalapur toll plaza?
Pls check your records and refund my amount.
My vehicle number is MH-24-AS-0796.
