Sub: notice for replacement of the defective refrigerator # brand: lg, model no: t292rasn. Baszebn vide invoice no: 02124/1920/07872 dated 10/07/2019

Dear sir,

You are aware that after paying full amount in advance on 10th. September, 2019” vide invoice no: 02124/1920/07872 dated 10/07/2019 the refrigerator supplied after 02 (Two) days delay and that is also completely defective. But, no measure has been observed by you to resolve the issue.

That due to this defective “lg” brand refrigerator, model no: t292rasn. Baszebn being serial : k[protected], i have already suffered a loss of “fresh vegetables, meat, fish & other food stocks” kept in the said same (Defective) refrigerator amounting to rs. 6, 000/- or so. Besides, i am undergoing through a severe mental agony for such “unfair trade practice” & “deficiency in service”.

But no measure has been observed by your part towards the “mental agony“ and the cost of materials.

I urge upon you to compensate the value at the time of replacement of refrigerator by 2 days or else i shall compell to register this “unfair trade practice” & “deficiency in service” before appropriate authority.

Please take a notice that even after replacement, my legitimate claim for compensation for the loss of “fresh vegetables, meat, fish & other food stocks” kept in the said same defective refrigerator amounting to rs. 6, 000/- and the cost of mental agony tantamount to rs. 4, 000/-, totaling an amount of rs.10, 000/- stands as a valid lawful compensation claim as being a suffered consumer.

Looking forward to your urgent step towards resolving the issue.
