On 21.5.2019, sri sai agencies, daikin dealer for ac has failed to act as daikin transparent partner in giving right information to me despite i have insisted for the same during the visit to their office. The product is sold with an unclear technical information of daikin split ac. When we wanted to return the goods due to the misguidance at our own transport cost, the dealer mentioned that he would deduct gst amount and take the product back, which we denied. Agency personnel behaviour to cover up the issue has crossed limits and acted as arrogant and given in impression that they don't care anyone.
