M/s Ps Toll Road Pvt Ltd — Toll tax at Khed-shivapur toll plaza at Pune.

I was travelling on Pune Satara highway on Saturday 8th April 2023 with my car registration no. MH12LJ6432
Around 2:40 pm i reached at Khed-shivapur toll plaza which is operated by M/s PS Toll Road Pvt Ltd and there is a long queue. I have reached upon toll booth at 2:59 and my toll charges of Rs.115 was deducted from my fastag.

Now as per government rule if I have to wait more than 3 minutes on toll plaza, then I will be exempted from making the toll payment.
But my toll was deducted.

Also, there in NO yellow line mark 100 meters before the booth entry.

So, I request you to refund my toll charges.
