Dear Sir/Madam,

We have given our LG Microwave oven PCB for repairing to above mentioned company. Now the customer care and service engineer is not giving our PCB back and asking for money first and then they will return our PCB in 3-4 days.
Also they are charging almost double amount to repair our own PCB of rupees 3776/- rupees and new PCB in the market is for rupees 2800/-.
They are not giving their original invoice copy to us and sending us the Whatsapp image and telling us to pay on the same whatsapp image.
Being a professional and recognised company we are not able to make their payment on these above grounds.
