Dear Sir/Ma'am,
The service provider-Shraddha Enterprises (Kopar Khairne, Contact- [protected] )was appointed on 5th Jun'22 by Just Dial as a water service provider for Pureit Purifier installed at my house at SMIT CHS, Plot No.9, Sec-35H, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
The service provider installed local parts in the purifier which were not of Pureit Make and same was not clearly informed at the time of service on 5th Jun'22 and charged Rs. 3600.
Since then, the Pureit purifier has been making lot of noise and leakage was observed from inside the unit.
Several complaints with service provider was raised to fix the issue, on which they responded which resolved the noise issue but the leakage issue persisted.
Again the compliant was raised with the service provider, to which they ignored multiple phone calls, and the issue persisted.
Then on Just Dials intervention after the matter was taken up with Just Dial, they responded again by sending their representative but the leakage isssue persisted.
Then, we had to call Pureit company for inspection which led us know that the parts are local and due to which the solenoid valve has got defective and hence leakage issue is there.
When this matter was again brought to the notice of the service provider, they started arguing and denied to service again with original Pureit parts.
Request suitable authority to please intervene and arrange replacement of the parts with original Pureit parts to resolve the matter.
