M/s.sri Chakradhara Estates — refund of paid money to m/s. sri chakradhara estates, site plotting at bhongir in the name of hari brindavanam

SIR, I PAID NEARLY ABOUT RS.1, 40, 000/- to M/s.Sri Chakradhara Estates, Bhongir plots in the name of Hari Brudhavanam, now i want to the refund of my money back, but the managing director mr.Amrutha Reddy, not responding nor not speeking in this regard... my request to sonsumer forum to please help me to refund the my paid money with sri chakradhara estates.
