M/S Sunlight Abason Pvt. Ltd. (Project Diamond Village) — Biglan fraud and cheater

I had booked one plot of land measuring 3 kathas from shri samir naskar owner of sunlight abasan pvt. Ltd. On 29.08.2012. A sum of rs.5, 70, 000/- was also paid by me towards booking money. As per the terms of the sale agreement the seller, i.E. M/s sunlight abason pvt. Ltd. Was to delivery the land project on d.H. Road and handover the plot of land after development to me within 2 years, i.E. By 29th aug, 2014 on payment of balance amount of rs.1, 30, 000/- towards the value of the land though the agreed period of 2 years is already over, shir samir naskar m/s sunlight abasan pvt. Ltd. Has not done any development of the said land. Shri samir naskar of m/s sunlight abasan pvt. Ltd. Has also failed to refund the booking money in spite of repeated requests from my side last 2 years. Every time he is giving false assurance. He has also taken money from money other new purchasers like me and is neither handing over the land nor refunding their money.
There is reason to believe that he is making planned fraud and cheater with the purchasers of the land. By this statement i want to caution to the prospective purchasers not to fall in the trap of shri samir naskar like us.(M/s sunlight abasan pvt. Ltd.) his mobile no.[protected]

I too had purchased land from Sunlight Abason in their diamond village project. Now even though I have paid the full amount and register the land in my name i am unable to access the plot as the gate is locked and no development has been done.
I request all who have been cheated by Sunlight Abason and Shri Sameer Naskar to reach out to more and more consumers so that we can collectively file a case against him.

He is fraud person pls file a case for him he also took money from us no development on this land an not refunding our money and giving false assurance when we call him.

Pls take immediate action for him .his no always busy or switched off [protected] samir naskar fraud person pls take action for him pls give he is also doing fraud with other purchaser like me pls we should collectively take an action for him.

I have also purchased a plot from him in 2015 in Bishnupur city. I paid half price of the plot.After 6 months i asked for refund because he was not doing any development . its been a year since i asked for refund every time he gives false assurance to refund the money.

My suggestion is to take a united step against him. I mean 5 to 6 people who have been cheated by him should together file a case against him and involve media in it..Interested people please support me in ds..

We booked the plot in sunlight city in 2011. And faced the same issue like other customers, i.e we have been cheated too. It was a very painful experience to recall how we got our money back in 2014 by continuously following the cheated MD for 1 year. I am very surprised by noticing that this scam is going on till date, please unite together as soon as possible and complain a case against him. The MD deserves his rest of life staying behind jail.
Because you will neither get the land nor the refund (until you stick to that). And also he has always a ready excuse for that.

I agree we should all unite and file cheating case against him Kindly lets all meet and try to find others who have suffered like us .
We can meet and file a case in consumer court first .
If any one o[censored]s is a lawyer or has close ties with one please step up

I am one more victim of Samir Naskar. He took about 2 lacs from us for 2 plots and did not return money till date. Following up almost every week and he does not care. Can we go to court and file a joint petition against him? My phone number is [protected] / [protected].

Same here, Samir Naskar along with.associates have taken 4 Lacs from me for 2 plots till last year.

Samir Naskar is a cheater, fraud, criminal, and what not. He has not handed over the plot I purchased in 2011. After many phone calls, visits for the last 2 years, he has refunded only 30% of the amount I paid. Still 1.70 lakh remains unpaid. I am in dire need of money now for making arrangement for an accommodation. I have been making requests after requests over phone every now and then, sent him more than 100 smss, however he is unmoved and giving false assurances. I am upset with this born cheater. Please help me.
