My complaint no.[protected] still not resolved I had personally visited and given a hand written application on the same. The line man was sent to check and he confirmed that the meter is disconnected and is faulty. The officer incharge said will get the meter changed as soon as available but it's more then a month they say meter is not available. Now they say you get it or pay 2500 rupees and they will change the meter. Not sure how the meter is available if I pay the money.
When followed up with call center they also raised a complaint (no.[protected] telling them to change the meter and also about high bill.
My previous bill (on[protected] on high bill was adjusted after multiple follow ups and the bill amount there after was nominal 120 but suddenly it's back to 600 and the outstanding bill as of now is 2590 for 3 months... The house is locked till date and no one stays there as of today
Request your help to fix this issue as soon as possible.
If no resolution received I am left with no option but go to consumer court with all the conservation recordings
