This is regard to the unattended complaint dated 21 oct 2019 02:54:18 pm for high bill charges of the supply for the month of november'2019.

This is in reference to complaint dated 21/10/2009 regarding excess bill received. But till date msedcl not taken any action in this matter or nor they responding to my complaint. My problem is not been solved till yet. I am getting a very excess bill from the october month onward. As i have already mentioned in my complaint to msedcl that my flat is vacant there and no one staying in my flat.
I still getting so much high bill every month. I request you to please look in this matter seriously and ask msedcl to send person to check weather somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Also i paid online charges to check the meter as instructed by local attendant from msedcl.
I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.
