Dear sir, My meter number[protected] is not working since past 6 months. The meter was already faulty and giving exorbitant readings. Now as the meter is not working i am getting bill at average past reading which is on the higher side. I am giving the attachment of the complaint letter in sepember at ovla office mr kamble. I am getting revert that msedcl is not having meters. Why am i penalized? Request you to please inatall a working meter for me. MSEDCL has been notified about my complaint but till date there is no response from their end. So if I complain directly to MSEDCL they are not responding and even after notification form this forum they are not bothered to revert. Can someone guide me how to make them responsive .

I have received a response that MSEDCL has been notified about my complaint but till date there is no response from there end.
So if I complain directly to MSEDCL they are not responding and after notification form this forum they are not bothered to revert. Can someone guide me ho they be made responsive and I get the feeling of being treated fair .
