Msi mb complaint
Greetings,
I bought a pc (Assembled) on jul/27/2015 which has msi's z97 gaming 7 mb. I was truly satisfied with it's performance but around last week of october 2016. It suddenly stopped working. I got it repaired (Rma# rtaa-16a25016) and received a second hand mb, it worked fine for about less than 2 months and on jan/5/2017 it stopped working again. I submitted it to the service center on the very next day (Rma# rbw[protected] and exactly after a month on feb/6/2017 i received a cn letter (Cn[protected]. Even though my product (Mb) is completely inside the warranty period. The retailer is asking for extra money for giving me a new mb. According to the retailer i have only received 6500 rupees in the cn letter while i paid 14, 762 + tax for that mb. Now i just have this cn letter. Motherboard has been submitted to the service center. I want a complete refund of 14, 762 + tax as my product is still under the warranty. So that i can buy a new msi mb (Or this same model). As a matter of fact i will still be in loss of rupees 22, 800 (Approx.) cause i have to change my processor (Intel 4th gen) as well for compatibility reasons which would cost me about 25000 rupees. That is a lot of money i would have to pay just because my msi's mb stopped working (Inside it's warranty period). Please provide guidance to solve this problem or i might have to take a legal action (Which i don't want to but i would have to, cause i cannot spend so much amount of money at the moment). Looking forward to get a helpful solution.
Ps : mr. Arjun pal at msi's service center, new delhi, india is very rude and doesn't listen or try to help the customer. Was this information helpful? |
