[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Regarding payment

My registered mobile no. [protected], I made a transaction for 50, 000/- on march 9th 2016, they put my payment on hold, asked for some documents, even after submitted the asked documents the payment is not released yet, they promised me the payment would be released on 14th march, but I Dont receive even a single SMS from their side, in the name of RBI rule, they are cheating the innocent poor people, kindly take necessary action, thank you.
