[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — want to cancel the mswipe machine

Dear mswipe team,
We have ordered the machine on nov 18 but yet not received. Also, charges are deducted from our bank account. So please look into this and we want to cancel the same and refund our money back into our account.
We discussed it with many authorities to highlight this issue but no one ready to cancel this machine. Please suggest me detail procedure how can i cancel this machine and take my deducted charges back.
