My name is sahil bhise I live in Khopoli 410203 (MAH). I received a call from MTK Services on 17 July for data entry form filling job, work from home. From Forms to be filled in 10 days and offered 20 Rs. Per form. I said yes then he said, you have to fail 1500 forms within 10 days. He offered to submit I’d proof trough her whatsapp no. I gave Id details after that he send me an agreement. There were mentioning 4900rs penalty charge if I failed to do work on time and and 1350 firms were correctly filled otherwise I paid 4900rs as a penalty.
So I did not done this work for fix time. Now I’ve got mail from mr. Amit Chauhan advocate associate, Latur. Now they are asking for money or they will take legal action against me. They already send me intimation. He says give Rs 8550 to disclose your case me under section 420, 406. I am fear so I transfer the money Rs8550 to His account. He send me accounts details in my whatsapp. Then I send to confirmation that money is transferd his account.. now he say u are get a verification call to payment confirmation.. after 10 mins I get a verification call he asking me to ur are continue this work or not..? I am say I am not continue this work. So he say to cancel your agreement you pay the panelty for 21500 if I am not pay this amount he say to register FIR against you.. n you also coming in to the latur court..
So please help me what can I do now..?
I am very helpless.. please help me and solve this problem.
