Hi,
1 Year back my ower asked me to leave the flat due to one small dispute we had. Without any quarrle I vacted the flat while he did agree me to return my deposit. But After 1year He is not returning my deposit.
And problem is I dont have legal Aggreement done. I have only bank statement proof of money transfer to middle person who inturn transfereed money to Ownere which is also proved with Account statement.
