Multiple — guard miss behaviour

I went movie with my family, one of my member want to go home my brother will leave her home and want to join movie but that guard said he will not allow him to join movie... After some talk he not allowing to go out also... Miss behaving with us.
Even there is no any notice about this rule and he is not giving his manager number and said his self he is the manager.
