As per my information, toll for lmv had been stopped at mulund lbs toll naka, however, yesterday on 16/06/2017, at around 3:30pm, my lmv chevrolet spark ls car was stopped and two aggressive men demanded toll from me. When i inquired that the toll has been stopped for lmvs, they told that it was never stopped and has always been functional. Also they arrogantly responded, "do whatever you want to do", when i told them that i will take this issue to local government authorities.
