Mumbai Foreign Post Office — Product not released from customs

I’ve order from a product from U.S through USPS and the online status is showing held in customs since 3rd June 2021. I’ve previously ordered parts and maximum time taken for customs clearance was 3-4 days. It’s been almost 11 days now and the status is the same. Can I please get a feedback on this shipment ? Tracking. ID is EP[protected]US.

Even my parcel is stucked in Mumbai fort, foreign post office since 15th June 2021, no updates since then. I have called them and asked, they have told me "it may get cleared this week but, not sure what's next..." Also, they claimed that there is only 50% staff capacity due to COVID. That's why clearance is taking so long, not sure are these guy's really that busy? That a lot of time for a low value personal use item, in a small size package to take this long for clearance, that's nuts..
