I have applied for INCOME certificate on 22/07/2020 my application number is 2051990061251600045534 and when I went to collect my INCOME certificate for paying fees they said me that i will receive sms in 2 days again after 8 days when I go there he told me sir is not there come another day again the next day after standing the whole day the person sitting on counter 5 prashant told me to wait till 2:30 and then give me file which after standing a hour I submitted to 2 nd floor sanjay Gandhi next time again after standing from morning 7 am they open the counter at 10:30 start at 10:45 he the ### sitting on counter ask me to go up and collect my file my file and again after waiting 2 hrs at 2 nd floor my I came to know my file was sent down 7 days ago but this ### person send me to 2 nd floor and asked me to come next day again after leaving all college online lecture standing from morning 7am . He the swine sitting on the counter told me to make another line and come at 3pm . He was just doing timepass and after 2pm he started telling that they have no internet I wait till 5pm but of no use. Again next day after waiting in line he swine sitting on counter told me to stand in next line and after wating 3 hrs he told to come after 3 day. I just want to tell if you have 3000 throw it on agent. If this swine want money then ask people directly instead of making them run. I have gone there for more than 6 times . I left the house at 7 am but these swine tell me go and complain where you want . I don't think that writing here will work but just frustrated and trying here. They take scanning charge multiple time but don't do anything This swine sitting at custom House are not even letting people to rest in home in pandemic of Covid
