Mumbai Police — Passport Police Verification

Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied for renewal of my passport and this is the third renewal. I had applied on the 2/02/2015 at Mumbai. Now I have finished my police verification on 6th Feb 2015. The police visited my home and also i have submitted my documents at the police station. The problem is the lady officer is saying it will get rejected cause i donot have my first passport details issued 20years ago. I showed them the file no is already there in my expired passport still she says no it will be rejected. Later discoverd she asked me to bribe her or else she will reject it, I am need my passport urgently and need to travel before the 20th February 2015. So she said to pay me so much it will be done. I am often following up but no luck as yet. Can any body help me, who should i go to. Kind regards Me. Mumbaikar.
