Mumbai Pune Expressway Toll Plaza — toll collected twice

I was traveling from pune to mumbai on 25th dec 2019 morning, on toll plaza i informed that the toll collecting agent that my car has a fasttag. He said that your fasttag is not detected, he also asked about do you have cash in your account, i said yes, still he said it is not getting detected so asked me to pay cash, i paid and got the receipt.
Later when i reached mumbai i saw sms about toll paid via fasttag, i check that my account and money was deducted from my account as well via fasttag.
