the university has misplaced my degree certificate

Dear sir/ma'am,

This is to inform you with great regret that mumbai university has misplaced my masters in mass communication and journalism degree certificate. I completed my masters in 2014 from kc college mumbai and the university never sent my degree to the college.
I've made multiple trips to mahatma phule bhavan in order to get my certificate but the authorities there are incapable of finding this important document...

Rude and unresponsive

Mistake in pre admission form

I filled my pre-admission form few days before for admission in one of the colleges registered to mumbai university at the link mum. Digitaluniversity.ac b.com. Later i realised that i have typed my father'name wrong in my form. The website has also not provided any solution to these problems. I therefore request you resolve my issue as early as possible....
