Mumbai University — Delay in Priniting result

Respected Sir/Madam, My result in held in reserved category even though I have cleared previous exam, college suggested me to submit the letter to University of Mumbai, Santacruze for the print of the result. So I got my letter attested from the Principal of College and then I submitted to the University of Mumbai on 29 July 2015. As per rule told by College official result get printed in 15 days, But today its 24th day, when I asked them about result they said it will take time of more 1-2 months. Without result I can’t appear of the Competitive exam nor can I apply for the job based on my degree. Because I have to submit the result and degree to get the job. This is not only about my result but the result of the many candidate are pending, every one o[censored]s are visiting the University once a week, these are simply time wasting process because they are giving the proper dates and time when the result will be availed.
