Mumbai University — my marksheet

I am Shweta Mundhe. I should have passed my final degree in the year 2018 but due to my internal KT my case is still pending. I had an internal ATKT for Semester 6, BMM, in the subject Financial management. I scored really well in my externals but because I was unwell I couldn't go to submit my project and got ATKT.

Now, I have provided my Project and I am also passed. Online result my name is declared but University is not providing me my marksheet. Today I visited university and they are stating that my marksheet is sent to college but Guru Nanak Khalsa college, BMM department is stating that they haven't received my marksheet yet. I really don't know what to do in this case.

I request you to kindly help me in this matter as I have no idea about further process. I really require my marksheet for my further studies. It's already too late from my side and Now I don't know what to do.

I have completed the five years degree course BLS LLB from Victor Dantas law college Kudal-Dist-Sindhudrg Maharashtra affiliate to Mumbai University I have passed the BLSLLB Examination in May 2017 and my Examination number is 9400. I received my BLS Degree Certificate but did not receive the LLB Convocation Certificate yet.
