My Consumer No.[protected] Site Code: 131510 received a water bill on flat rate due to Door Lock. Me & my wife are senior citizen and we never gone anywhere since last 2 years. The present bill shows the Old Reading Zero and Current Reading Zero. Please note the current reading is 3074. You are requested to please wave off the current bill and issue the revised bill so that we can make the payment as per our meter reading.
