Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — about sick dog, he is so smiley and so sick about to dead

Hii, we are living in pharganj, as you know pharganj is so congested area. We are facing problem from one dog, he is super sick and he have so many bacteria in them, he needs treatment. Kindly please help us with this problem... He is also become dangerous for us if he bite someone. We hope you guys help us.
