Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — ac water accumulation by the neighbors

By complaining multiple times to the neighbours who stay in the 2nd and 3rd floor
They are not doing anything about the water dropping from above to ground floor and accumulating. There are mosquitos over there and fungus. I have small children and it’s not safe for them
