I am going for milk purchase at cpwd type i ms flat near to mcd flat, timarpur police station timarpur delhi. The residents of a-7 mcd flat having pet dog. She always come for milk purchase coming along with her pet dog without any chain. We suggested many times that lady to bring her dog with chain. But today she also bring her pet dog without chain. The dog is openly running here and there. She has no control over the dog. Suddenly the pet dog came and bite me (Jp yadav) and my contact no is [protected]. She doesn’t control by herself to dog.
