Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Blocked toilet

Address: House no 303,group 1,DDA,Janta flats ,hastsal,uttam nagar

I hv moved to a new flat which has been closed since 5...6 years. Here toilets r blocked.I hv called zamadars for repairing blockage but still its not working n affluent is being accumulated.main sewer blockage is present.please do look into this matter as I m suffering very much .
